Dialog Custom Media
Partnering with Starmark's creative services department, headed up by award-winning Executive Creative Director Ernie Cox, Dialog Custom Media specializes in the design and production of customer publications, including full-sized magazines, as well as online publications and response programs that are geared toward educating, rewarding and retaining clients.
Dialog Custom Media offers corporations a platform from which they can provide editorial content, measure response data, monitor feedback and generate revenue. More than a marketing tool, these publications, whether print or electronic, provide an opportunity to build brand loyalty and customer retention by opening a dialog between a company and its various audiences.
Dialog Custom Media launches today with a client roster that includes Norwegian Cruise Line, Orient Lines, Valentine-s Resort and Marina and the Lottery Winners Association.
DCM-s Key Executives
Deborah Parker, Publishing Director, established her professional marketing and communications credentials in Chicago and Manhattan over the past decade. Her experience encompasses achievements in the software, financial services, cellular and construction industries. She studied economics, marketing and communications at College of Du Page in Chicago.
Katy Gewartowski, Editorial Director, began her career in the public relations group at Silversea Cruises, where she served as editor of the employee newsletter, Silver Lining, and contributed to the line's past passenger loyalty magazine, Venetian Society.
